Do you know your credit score? Go here Advantage Credit. This will give you your score from all three agencies. This will give you some idea of your current situation. You can get your credit score up in 12 months. Call me and I will tell you how.
Also, should you need a Mortgage Broker, you will need to call Mike Tomas (214) 679-9738. He runs MST mortgage. He can look at your credit score and provide a plan of execution that will allow you to get into that new home in 12 months or less. He is amazing at what he does.
